Cahaba Lily Wade - May 10th

This is the Big trip to go see the Cahaba Lilies

A very rare spectacle you will only find around here

9AM meeting time. Morning wade to Cahaba Lilies. Keep in mind that there is a good swimming hole nearby, and the catfishing is supposed to be pretty good. Afterwards, possible visits to Falling Rock Falls, Bibb County Glades, etc... I need a confirmation that you will attend by Thursday evening, because I'm only taking this trip if I have company. No wading in rivers alone this year, not a great idea. If the water levels rise too high due to Thursday's probable rain, this trip will be cancelled as well. If the rain causes this trip to be cancelled, I will do Parker Branch Falls or some other Bankhead destination.
