Cahaba Lily Wade - May 8th

Going to Chck out the Famous Cahaba Lilys.

This should be a ton of fun. This trip is a a scouting mission for the May 10th event

Meet at Cahaba River NWR at 5PM. Wade to lilies and take pictures until sundown, or until tired. Directions to the access point will be provided. Dress to get wet to your waist. I'm setting this one late in the day so that those taking exams Thursday morning can come, and so those who work can get a nice sky color chance at seeing the lilies. I need a confirmation that you will attend by Tuesday evening, because I'm only taking this trip if I have company. No wading in rivers alone this year, not a great idea. This trip is probably going to be cancelled, due to 70% risk of Thunderstorms Thursday afternoon. I am not getting in a river with the potential of thunderstorms.
