I have a Haro Flightline 2 for sale. I've ridden it on Swayback 3 or 4 times before I realized that I have too many hobbies. The bike is in like new condition and would make a great bike for a beginner or someone looking for a second bike. I bought it new @ Cycescape in Montgomery for $400. I'll sell the bike and a giro helmet for $250. I'm in Wetumpka.

Sounds like a great deal! If I had money lying around I'd pick it up for a second MTB.

Can I ask some of you how do you compare sizes on mountain bikes ?

I ride a 60cm road bike but am not sure how critical the size is on a mountain bike. I bought a Trek hard tail on e-bay two years ago from a guy who brought it to me from Destin, FL. It's really too small I guess, but I rarely ride it more than 3 hours at a time anyway, so I'm thinking I'll survive ok anyway. I'm not at home right now or I'd go look at the label to report what it is; will be home tomorrow evening.

I would say there are recomendations on sizes in respect to the height of the rider.  I however ride a pretty small bike because it feels more controlable.  It feels as though I have more control through the woods with it.  I ride a 17" but am supposed to be on a 20 inch....

Yeah, smaller bikes seem to maneuver better to me. I ride a 18inch and love it
