I've been suggesting to Matt that we need a food section. I figure if I do it publicly and get some feedback he'll listen better....that is if you guys think it will enhance the site. Please share your opinions. Grin

And do you normally hike w/ an iron skillet? Actually, I've been known to carry around a 6" or 8" skillet for an omlet on day 2. It makes it all worthit!

But I use a little bottle of olive oil.

No I wouldnt carry an iron skillet backpacking way to heavy. But at the house its a different story.
