Wild South led a hike recently to "Two Rocks Standing".  Unfortunately, I was unable to make the hike, but emailed Wild South for info.  It was kind of vague: second draw downstream from where Davis Creek meets the Sipsey.  They also mentioned hiking to an old bridge structure.

Anyone know where this is, and how to get there?

I have never heard of it but am interested. You might PM Suz since she leads the hikes sometimes

Nope...

Are the two rocks the bridge piers, or separate entities, I wonder?

I made a trip to Davis Creek today with my dad but didn't make to the second drainage downstream from Davis Creek however, on Davis Creek, we came across what could be or resembles "Two Rocks Standing" and an old bridge structure. The two rocks were actually large boulders and there were two sets of them. The "bridge structure" across Davis Creek is an old rock piled dam that has broken up over time. That being said, what we found is probably not what Wild South went to see..those landmarks are still probably the second drainage downstream from Davis Creek ( I know there is also a tall waterfall on that drainage...I came to the top of it a few months ago).

It's much easier to recognize the dam in person.

The Davis Creek area is great. Many waterfalls, unique trees (one is in Alabama's Canyons), and beautiful bluffs. I will definitely revisit after at least a 2 inch rain.
