I am using a Jet Boil with the coffee (french press) add-on.  It's pretty good but really only makes enough for about two ppl.  Its a bit messy if you don't have spare water around to clean the grounds out of the jet boil after.   I ground my own beans before the trip.  Also I rarely can make it without a few grounds coming through.

On a side note, I've found the Cold Brew tea bags (one bag) are perfect for a Nalgeen of water.

Jet Boil press works for me, I just gotta remember to clean the occasional stray ground from between my teeth. I always carry two jetboil mugs with the cozy on them for meals and hot beverages. The extra mug is worth the weight for the convienence.
