I have some great pics but they are too large. They are like 2.8 and I read that they had to be about 1.5 so I can't get them to load. Haw can I reduce them so they will transfer? Thanks Carl W

I'm assuming you run Windows? If its Windows XP, M$ makes a great little powertoy called Image Resizer...
Once its installed you just 'right click' on the image and go to resize.. Like I said though, that's assuming your running Windows.
http://download.microsoft...eResizerPowertoySetup.exe
or there is google picasa..

Also I just did a quick google search and found another...

you can also open them in paint and click in the menu bar image... then click stretch/skew... then enter 50 in the stretch and 50 in the skew and it will reduce the size by 1/2....you can do more or less depending on what size you want to make it... for less, select a number closer to 100 like 80... if you don't like it you can always undo it

I use
http://www.rw-designer.com/picture-resize
it is very easy and will do whole folders full at one time.

Thanks, I have Picasa 3. I'll try to make it work first if I can't figure it out I'll try one of the others.
