Yep. Posted up outside downtown Mobile. I didn't even know about it until today. I certainly wasn't expecting to be up on a billboard!

Well while I'm not the most accomplished I think I can post some of my acomplishments.

10 miles in 2 1/2 hours with a 40 pound pack minus a hip strap. That's bookin' it. I'm not even going to say what I had to do at the end of that one. Still nothing big.

I've completed the first 48 miles of the Pinhoti.

I've done many smaller trails across the state. However due to time constraints I have little time to hike anymore. And I am being deployed in April so my hiking will be out on hold for a while. Besides, when you have not lived in Alabama for 8 months it is hard to hike there.

Im not one to say I'm better than anyone else. For I know most hikers here are much more expierenced then me. But if you ask my accomplishments I will list them no matter how small. I'm also not one for one uppery. If that's the game I'll have no part of it thank you. I have no love for elitism. I posted this in good fun. If it is not well recieved by some...well to bad.

It's just advertising the AHTS Annual Conference. I'm sure someone will get a pic of it. The pic of me itself was taken last March up at Cheaha. I stil have that pack to. It's the only one I ever use now days.
