Madge.....uh...I mean I!  I got a boat!!!

It's a used Dagger Vengeance. Now to slowly accumulate a paddle, pfd, skirt....

Thanks Sunshine, I need a little experience. Right now I'm a stronger swimmer than paddler. But I'm happy to hit the water soon  Smiley

Baby steps man, let Madge breathe then we'll think about GPS units.

I though Madge was the GPS... Wink

I'm eventually going to be in the market for some sort of watercraft, so I'll be waiting to hear how you do, since I too am a better swimmer than paddler. Then again, I at least can paddle a bit, and I made the mistake a few years ago of getting in a jake boat with two other people who didn't. Don't do that.

Madge is a great GPS, with a map. Maps aren't so waterproof. But thankfully rivers are a fairly easy to spot landmark on said map. We shall see.
