Anyone hiked the trails at Fall Creek Falls State Park, Tennessee? We just returned from a family reunion there and noticed there were several hiking trails on the park map. I think there were 3 that were around 13 miles each. The rest were very short.

I have some friends that live close to there and the photos they've shown me are stunning. I've seriously considered having a Howl there but the prices seem to be a bit to the high range.

We have hiked the shorter hikes at the park...they were populated, but had gorgeous views as they take you by all the waterfalls, even over a swinging bridge.  If you are there and have the time, I would at least do the waterfall hike. It is beautiful.  Haven't been on the longer trails though.

Went there for my honeymoon back in the spring!  http://www.weathermansam....fallcreekfalls/index.html

Most of the trails my wife and I did were easy, though the one down to Fall Creek Falls itself can tire you out if you bolt down it like a 5 yr old child silly with glee at seeing the largest waterfall east of the Rockies [I later came across this site, to my dismay http://www.world-waterfalls.com/myths.php].

Nice pictures. We go up there every year and I never cease to be amazed at the size of the canyon into which the water fall runs. It's like a miniature grand canyon only with trees. Next year we plan to hike some of the trails.
