Is anybody trying to go in any caves while on your outings? Of course, I mean on private property or elsewhere that is not closed due to White Nose Syndrome.

Are you aware that all National Forest land in Alabama is closed to humans until May of 2010?

Bellaleo, I see that I was not very thorough in my comment regarding National Forest closure in Alabama. I failed to say that it is
only the caves
in the National Forests that are off limits, not the entire forests. Sorry if I confused you or anyone else.

I try to seek out caves on every trek I go on, but since I end up doing most of my trekking alone, I have surmised it better to stay out of them until I can influence my lazy buddies to take a walk with me, lol. I used to go all the time, on an amateur, yet knowledgeable level, and absolutely love caves.
