Water Levels in Sipsey?
«

Hey Folks,
I've been out of the state for a few weeks, so I missed the past couple of rain storms. Has anybody been up to Sipsey in the past week? Can you give me an idea on the water levels in the Sipsey tributaries?
I'm thinking about doing some dayhiking next-next-weekend, probably on Caney Creek to start the new hiking year. Obviously I'm going for waterfall related purposes.
Happy New Year,
Josh

Okay imagine there was no water at all. It would have to rain for a week straight for us to have that much.

I didn't want to look, for fear of depressing myself...
There is a lot more brown and red on this map than there was last time I looked...

I guess I'll have to time it for within 12 hours of rainfall if I want to do any waterfall photography in the next few months.
