What is the best Gore-Tex (or otherwise waterproof/breathable) jacket you have owned or known of?

Never owned one myself. I just carry a poncho to throw on over my Under Armor jacket.

North Face, Mountain light Jacket, still have it and love it, durable, light, waterproof and you can zip a liner into it for added warmth.
