Sharing the warmth of our fire

I stumbled across a site for an organization called "Fresh Air Family".  It is new to me.  It looks like they are doing great things in Alabama to provide opportunities for families to get out in nature together.  Check out the site, especially if you have children (or even if you don't).

The great folks at "Fresh Air Family" are taking families throughout the state and introducing them to
the world we as love so much. What they do impacts truly impacts the lives of these families. Fresh
Air Family looks to the outdoor community to bring their special skills and knowledge to those attending
outtings. I gladly volunteer to make presentations when I can. Please consider sharing your talents with
these folks. Something as simple as leading a day-hike, demonstrating camp-cooking techniques, gear
demonstrations, or anything that can teach or entertain. I probably have enjoyed the opportunity as much
as those observing!

Hey, Jedbear, Glad you are involved in this.  On the website, there is a picture that has a man in it that resembles Uncle Wayne.  I don't know if it's him or not though.  Since he gave much time and energy to the Boy Scouts, it wouldn't surprise me if he is involved in Fresh Air Family also.  How about it Unc, is that you in the picture?
