An old photo, but a favorite.  My first hike in Sipsey, my friend almost stepped on this guy along Thompson Creek.  I've had a lot of friends and family scratch their heads wondering on this one.  See if you can spot him Smiley

I was fairly sure he was a copperhead, as I never saw any rattles at the time, and he blended in so well with the leaves it was ridiculous/marvelous!  Here's a closer up view:

The Art of Camouflage



There is something above and beside that brightly colored bug-eyed looking object.  All the sticks are small twigs with straight or curved limbs.  The thing right above and to the right of the object is bigger and has an S shape to it.  Also the u is in the wrong place in Camouflage.  Does that count?


Tongue   Smiley   I started to write "Camo", but thought, nah, I'll just spell it out.  I should refrain from trying to post things so soon after so much driving during the Christmas break.
