Talking with many customers, I  think there may be enough interest in holding a gear swap / yard sale type event.  

Is there any interest among alatrails members in participating in this?  

Do you have any suggestions or ideas for an event like this?

About the only thing I want to do is offer up a place to bring your used hiking/camping/climbing/backpacking gear and run it yard sale style.  You set your prices, haggle with buyers and have fun.

It would be on a Saturday morning only, running from 7am to 10am.  And yes, it would be held at our Homewood location.  Sorry to the out of towners...

I'd say yes, this would be a neat way to meet some people and possibly get some equipment. Sounds like fun. If you do it, I'd definitely try to be there.
