Hey Everybody,
There are kayaking lessons going on at UAB Starting next week. They had to delay it a week to fill more slots in the class. It was supposed to start tonight bit it can not happen if they don't fill enough slots. Lesley and I are taking these lessons and we urge you to do so as well. The lessons are open to everybody and are taught in the comfort and safety of the brand new UAB rec center pool. If you have not seen this facility I can tell you it is beautiful. The best part is the cost which is only $110 dollars for a 5 class session and two river outing series. Lesley and I have paid four hundred dollars a piece for 1 day lessons in the past.
This is also a great introduction to local rivers and a great way to meet some other outdoor enthusiasts like yourself and for that matter us. We would love to see some of you all out there.

Signup extended to Wednesday March 31st at 6:00PM 205-996-4913

Does the student pricing only apply to UAB students? I would like to attend this class. I imagine the class is in the evening, the website doesn't specify. If the class is in the evening it will conflict with my school schedule.

The blue text does not specify if it is a morning class or a evening class. Wednesdays from 7:30-9:30, March 24, March 31, April 7, April 14, & April 21

The blue text states that student will be charged $95. I guess any student at any college applies. Cost is $95 for students, $100 Faculty/staff, and $110 for others
