Thanks for the report, Todd. It brought back some great memories. Those were some long days, but you were moving right along. The only way I can do that many is on a nasty rainy day. You did it on pretty days.

Yes, they were long days but I took a lot of breaks. took my boots off, let my feet cool down and swapped socks, (I rotated 2 pair the whole trip, one on my feet the other strapped to my pack airing out). Normally I would be done after 10 or 12 miles. Taking more breaks I actually made better time on the hike as a whole because I hiked for longer each day and covered many more miles.
