The Gulf Coast Chapter of AHTS and Smart Coast are co-sponsoring this evening hike at Village Point Park in Daphne. This will be an easy 1.5-mile loop hike along the banks of Mobile Bay. Joining us will be Victor Guarisco of the Village Point Foundation who will tell us the fascinating history of the area including the first plantation from colonial days that was located here and the story of the famous Jackson Oak.
