Myself and a hand full of friends of mine are planning a 3-5 day backpacking trip into the Sipsey Wilderness vicinity. We've been there a few times, but only on short hikes for a few hours. Are their any recommended places we could hike in to off the beaten path, yet still fairly accessable?
You could probably slap through most of the trails in the entire sipsey wilderness in the higher end of that time frame. If you can handle the ticks and the heat, there are several off trail marks worth seeing....the wolfpen/little ugly creeks loop comes to mind, parker creek/falls, quillan creek.
