does anyone know if you can camp in WMA's?

Generally, yes.  I've gone through several (The Sipsey is in a wildlife Management Area) and have had no problem finding where others have camped regularly.  But, there might be restrictions at other places.  There will be forest service organzation covering the area if you do not find anything such as a trail guide to give you information.  Personally, I'd just hike the sucker unless I was taking a group because of the difficluty of moving a group.  I've know of people asked to move, AT in Smokeys without permit, but never heard of anything such as an arrest or fine.

Coosa WMA is no camping, except in their little campground.  I can't speak much to the others.
