Hi everyone. Im from Birmingham and do alot of hiking and backpacking. Ive hiked alot of trails in the Sipsey, Oak Mountain, Little River Canyon, Cheaha, the Pinhoti, etc etc. I also hike alot in the Smokies and Cherokee Nat. Forest.
Look foward to posting on this board. Im also on Backpacker forums (where I found the link here).

Anyway, to my question, does anyone offer Wilderness First Aid courses locally? I cant seem to find any classes less than 300 miles away.

Thanks!

Hey Steve,
Sorry it took so long to respond to this one.

Bass Proshops has two courses coming up in Prattville on both the 15tth and 22st of February.

This page has all the details
http://www.basspro.com/we...emplate=listallevents.cfm

I will put this in the Calendar as well.
