Hello friends! I haven't been around much lately as I've been at school getting my Culinary Arts degree and cooking in Bham. This was the first oppertunity I had to get back in the woods and it was awesome. Oak drummed bourbon and coffee never tasted so good!

Nice. Thanks for sharing. How about plugging where you're cooking? Might want to sample some of your cuisine when in the area.

"It is not enough to fight for the land; it is even more important to enjoy it while you can, while it is still there. So go out there and hunt and fish and mess around. Ramble out yonder, explore the forests, encounter the grizz, climb the mountains, bag the peaks, run the rivers, breathe deep of that yet sweet and lucid air. Sit quietly for a while and contemplate the precious stillness, that lovely, mysterious and awesome space. I promise you this one sweet victory, over those deskbound people with their hearts in a safe deposit box and their eyes hypnotized by calculators. : you will outlive the bastards." Ed Abbey

Haha. Sure. I'm at
http://www.verandaonhighland.com/
. If you do come by, let your server know to inform me & we'll treat you special. : I hope to be out in the trails much more this year. I had to slow down a bit to attend to my career...lol, but I think I have that almost on autopilot again.
