Now if we can just get the facility at Flagg mountain actually on the trail rather than being gated up like a prison.

I understand that the IAT goal is to connect Florida, Pinhoti, and the trail that runs north from Katahdin to Cape Gaspe. That will accomplish the IAT running from Key West to Cape Gaspe.

I'm going to have to sit down and map this out when I have a chance! I'd like to see how this looks as a trail and how much is road walk.

the Pinhoti itself still has over 50 miles of roadwalk so I wouldn't try walking from Maine to Gulf just yet.
