I was in the forest today in the Grayson area and ended up pulling ticks off myself. So if you plan on going into the forest before the next freeze take precautions.

Wow! I have been bushwhacking with nothing on my head and seen no ticks. Lucky I guess. I'll be sure to at least wear a bandana. Thanks.

So that's the reason for my vague unease at the recent springlike weather - I thought it was something like that but I couldn't put my finger on it.
