Flagg Mt.

Hey guys!  Last weekend a group of us spent time on Flagg Mt. trail in Weogufka cleaning, raking, and trimming.  We cleaned off two spots for camp sites and installed 2 fire rings.  We also cleaned up at the older camp site where a picnic table had previously been placed.  The trails look really good and are ready for hikers to come and visit. 


The weekend before, my husband and I worked on the first 2 miles on Rebecca Mt.  The trails were reblazed not too long ago.  This trail is also ready for use.  Go out and enjoy!!

Thanks for the work Stargazer,

I am planning to help out the AHTS crew next............ . ah........... in two weeks on the new trail in Coosa WMA,  will you be amongone of that crew ?

We would love to be there to help.  I have to check and see if I can take any days off from work.  I hope I can.  Since we've gotten hooked on hiking, we look for any opportunity to be out on a trail, whether it is walking on it or working on it.    : - )
