  am I right in assuming that cave creek will have water this time of year?  Also, when does deer season start, and is hunting allowed in the Cheah wilderness?  (Do I need to worry about getting shot?)

4:not unless you look like a deer   (wear 144 in/sq blaze orange anyway)
