Here's a map of the area which shows the two Hurricane Creek falls and then next door, Walker Falls and the very high, maybe the 100' falls (?) mentioned earlier, seasonal falls.
Now that all of you have marked your maps, I made a mistake. The 175' seasonal falls I mentioned is in the bottom circle on the map I posted, between mile markers 6 and 7 on the Sipsey River. It is not in the same cul-de-sac as Walker Falls as I originally posted.
Walker Falls is in the next stream downstream from Hurricane Creek, not with the falls I posted. I'll see if I can find a photo of Walker Falls.
Sorry for the blunder. I woke up at 4:30 this morning thinking about my post and knew I had made a mistake. Forgiveness asked.

Sit quietly for a while and contemplate the precious stillness, that lovely, mysterious and awesome space. Yes, that's it. Good picture too. Thanks for posting it. Love the mushroom rock at the foot of the falls.

The lower end of Hurricane Creek canyon looks very steep and bluff-y. Can't wait!

Uncle Wayne, your map is circled and labeled accurately as far as I know. The correction you made about the site of the 100' falls is accurate also. The picture Adahy posted is of Walker Falls I believe.
