Can someone tell me approximately how far it is to the CCC Bridge from where the Pinhoti crosses the CCC road (between Cheaha and Hillabee) ?

Head east from the crossing of the Pinhoti on cheaha road and I'd guess it is 1.5 to 2 miles to the CCC bridge.

Head back toward hwy 281?

 I'm passing this info onto someone else for their hike - it's been many years since I visited the CCC rock work and I think we walked down from hwy 281 - so I was not sure how far it is from the Pinhoti

Hiking from Cheaha, turn right at the CCC road crossing.
