Does anybody have any good dehydrator recipes.

So after reading backpacking gourmet we went out and got ourselves a big fancy dehydrator. We were going to try to put together at least some of our own food for or spring break trip. Anybody have any good recipes they like.

I'd stronly recommend these two books. I've made recipes from both books and neither have failed me so far. You really should check them out!

Freezer Bag Cooking by Sarah Kirkconnel (uses dehydrator and ziploc freezer bags for meal making)
A Fork in the Trail by Laurie Ann March (more detailed reciepes, but still very very easy)

Check them both out and see what you like. Also, both can be ordered from Amazon, but you'll have better luck ordering the FBC book from the website directly. Amazon & REI seem to have difficulties keeping it in stock.
