Suwannee River Trip

I need a canoing buddy. I will be leaving this Thursday around 12 noon with my 10 year-old son headed to the Suwannee River State Park. We will meet up with Papa Chuck, his brother and a friend to spend the night. Next morning we will pack and start canoing down the river. We will camp Friday night and Saturday night somewhere on the river. Sunday morning we will take out way down the river at the friend's house and head back to Birmingham. I am taking my 17' canoe and my son's kayak. I am afraid that my son isn't going to last for two days kayaking so I am looking for someone to ride in the canoe with me. When my son gets tired, one of us can swap out with him in the kayak. So I will provide the car and the boat. All you need is camping stuff for yourself and a day and a half off from work.
