Bulldog Bend Canoeing Park

Anyone know what happened to the park? It was closed and all grown up when I was down there this past weekend. Of course that was my first time down there. Good thing I did a recon mission before going down there with my canoe.

Yeah, they closed a couple of years ago. There is a place called "Limestone Canoes" just before you get to the bridge that is much more popular and kind of took over their business. Beware though!!! Much drinking and college debauchery happens there as many of them are tubers and full of beer.
You can still take out at the bridge, you just have to carry your canoe up to the gate.

Seriously?
I had a friend go there on the 9th of this month and it was open.
I've never been but I was planning on going this weekend.
