My review of my new MSR Hyper-Flow filter

Well, I have not used it on an extended trip yet but so far I have filtered about 10 liters through it and it seems to be VERY fast and it is quite a bit lighter than my old Hiker Pro. It is easy to use and seems to do a good job of filtering...Not that you can tell much from the look and taste of water but the water does taste pretty good coming out of it. I guess to this point, I would have to recommend the Hyper-Flow to anyone interested. I will update when I have the opportunity to do more extensive testing.

After using it this weekend, I can honestly recommend that you spend your hard earned dollars on it. I was in North Ga. this weekend on the A.T. and used it several times. I was always the first one done pumping out of a group of 5. The water all tasted good, no real way of telling how the filtering went, but I am still here telling this story. I would say that you can purchase with confidence.
