  Just curious, i was feeling the hot/cold insulated lunch bag I have by Coleman and its just a few ounces even tho it does have a zipper...

If you're referring to Sara's Freezer Bag Cooking cozies, I think the construction is lighter and the size is perfect for a standard ziploc-style freezer bag. But anything from a stocking cap to a insulated lunch bag will work. The basic idea is to hold in the heat while the food is rehydrating/cooking.
