MOULTON, Ala. (AP) — Five hikers are back at home after getting lost and spending a night in the Bankhead National Forest.

Lawrence County Sheriff's Lt. Tim McWhorter said the department found the group on Wednesday morning.

He said the man, woman and three children were all from Decatur and were tired and thirsty when they were rescued but were otherwise in good shape.
