The best map is the one you can purchase at the welcome center before you enter the park. Here is a link describing the different sections of trail. I have found some info a bit outdated. Thanks to BUMP.org for the link and the trail.

Found a link to a scan of the official map. I would still purchase the map as this one is only good for a loose reference.
