I was just reading about his interesting Kudzu pictures in Alabama, and figured I'd share. I can't find the one they talk about with the kudzu eating a building over time.

Before using these or any kudzu recipe, one would need to be sure that the kudzu you gather is  not sprayed with chemical control agents that may be harmful to humans!

I had heard that one could make jelly from the blossoms -- do not know anyone who has tried though.  Seems like it would take a lot of blossoms to make the jelly.  Wonder what it tastes like... Huh?
