Night Rides at OM

Don't know if you folks are aware but due to the popularity of the full moon rides last year, Oak Mountain is going to have the park open every Wed night for night rights this winter. I think last week may have been the first one. I just had a light installed on my bike at Bike Link and am heading over tonight after work.
Anyone done these? I'd like to hear what you thought of them.

I've never done them, but I've heard they were fun at least. Give it a shot and let us know!

I hit the trail at about 6:15. It was just starting to get dark. I saw a handful of ppl in the parking lot but only passed 1 other guy on the trail. I did Mr.Toads-->Foreplay-->Johnson's Mountain, then rode Peavine drive back and did Foreplay and Mr. Toads. Overall it was pretty spooky and pretty cool. A few times I'd hear something loud but couldn't see anything. Then on Johnson's mountain I couldn't really see the dropoffs, it was just black if my light wasn't pointed that way. I'll definitely continue doing it when the weather is dry. It was a little soft wednesday from tuesday's rain.
